How do I know the dress will arrive in good condition?
All of our dresses are quality controlled. Before each shipment, they are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are clean, undamaged, and ready to wear. We only ship pieces in excellent condition.
What happens if the size doesn't fit me?
If the dress doesn't fit as you expected, you must notify us no later than 24 hours after delivery. You can then:
Exchange it for another (subject to availability).
Return it and we'll refund what you paid.
In both situations the customer must pay for the return of the dress (€6)
Do I have to wash the dress before returning it?
No! Cleaning is included in your rental. We just ask that you use it responsibly and don't attempt to clean it yourself, as we use specialized professional cleaning services.
What if I damage or lose the dress?
If the dress suffers minor damage (small stains, loose seams), don't worry, we'll cover it.
In the event of serious, irreparable damage or loss, you will be required to pay the dress's commercial value, as indicated on its listing.
How many days can I rent a dress?
Our rentals are for 4 days. If you need more time, you can extend the period for a small additional fee (please inquire before booking).
When will my dress arrive?
You will receive the dress 2 or 3 days after reserving it.
How do I return the dress?
Very easy:
We'll schedule the pickup. Use the original packaging and return it to the designated drop-off location.
How do I pay?
Once we deliver the dress to you, you can make a bizum or pay cash to the person who delivers the garment to you.
